A woman in Russia once caught her boyfriend cheating when she saw his photo with another woman using street view on Google Maps.

A Russian woman was using Yandex Maps – Russia’s version of Google Maps’ Street View – when she switched to a mode that enables one to get a panoramic view of the area you wish to look closely. Marina Voinova was looking at a certain building’s exterior, but alas! She was shocked to see her boyfriend of 5 years with his arms around another woman.

First I noticed a familiar silhouette. First I thought, ‘how can someone else look so similar to my Sasha?’ I looked more carefully, zoomed in and saw that it was indeed him. I realized that he was lying and cheating on me all this time.’
See, Russia’s Yandex Maps does not blur recognizable faces as Street View does. When she approached the fiancĂ©, he decided to come clean, blaming it on stupidity as opposed to love for the second woman. Miss Voinova could take none of it and eventually, they couple parted ways, thanks to Yandex Maps.

Beautiful women are more likely to give birth to daughters

Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian (love her or hate her) – have one thing in common: they are blessed in the looks department and they’ve all given birth to daughters. This is the same reason many model mothers have daughters who follow in their catwalk footsteps: Yasmin Le Bon, Jerry Hall, you name them. These are real life examples to illustrate this fact.

Dr. Satoshi Kanazawa of the London School of Economics evaluated data from a survey involving 17,000 babies born in March 1958 in Britain and followed them throughout their lives. Their teachers rated their attractiveness at the age of 7, and when they hit 45, they were asked about the gender of the kids they sired.
Those rated as attractive were more likely to have daughters than their not so beautiful counterparts, according to the journal Reproductive Sciences. Another study of 2,000 Americans established that women are growing more beautiful over the generations (they are, right?) since the pretty ones have more children than their plain counterparts – and a higher percentage of their children are girls.
